I have tried canceling my Quizlet account via email, but they will not cancel. I looked up a contact number, but there isnt one.
I guess they will continue to deduct monies from my account, unless I cancel my bank card. Why should I have too do this though?

Quizlet offered me a one-week free trial, but as soon as I clicked, it charged me 10.88. I immediately canceled the subscription and requested a refund on their site.
They directed me to Apple, but Apple didn't have a receipt for the purchase, so I couldn't request a refund. No receipt for my purchase showed up in my Apple list of purchases.
- I liked their quizzes but i never meant to purchase
- Are tricky with subscription charges
- Have no support for refund disputes
Preferred solution: Full refund

A while back, you would receive an email who rated your Quizlets. It was helpful as a teacher to see who rated your Quizlets, so I could see what students liked and what students did not like. Then, I could talk to those specific students who did not like it and see what I can fix.

I am not able to speak to anyone and I’m very frustrated. I as charged for a made up account.
I have two account. One I was charged with a made up name one one with my real name.
Please refund my account for these up name. This doesnt make any sense.

Why can't I freaking contact a customer support
I have multiple accounts with the same email address on quizlet. And can't take off other accounts I don't need.
1. Why would you allow multiple account with the same email address, literally nobody else does that. And 2. Why the heck can't I just email someone in support about this??
I'm no gonna read a stupid article for something THEY messed up and SHOULD be handling themselves. Absolutely stupid

Make everything about money
I made my own set of flashcards and they expect me to sign up onto plus and pay to use my own flashcards I spent valuable time making. insane.
I kind of understand paying to use another person's, but mine??? do better.

Lack of option for non paying customers
I was trying to reach out to the company as I love their app. I use the ai to generate flash cards so i can better study.
It has genuinly helped me so much. Today I tried uploading more to make a quizlet and the app told me I have reached my limit. I am not paying 35 dollars a year to use premium as I am a child and do not have that kind of money. I truly love quizlet, but making it so that only the rich can succeed is communism and does not put a good reputation on the company.
I have wasted an hour trying to figure out how to study with the auto generating, but time is money and I have other things to do. I highly recommend making the app more usuable to people who actually care about their grades because this is ridiculous and frankly rude. If i could generate as many study guides as I wanted I would HIGHLY recommend this app, but as I can i think that this app is *** I dont think everybody should have to pay to get benefits, its not honest. I am sick of having to think I have to pay to get good grades.
So please take the limit off of generating notes to make study guides or flash card sets. I dont appreciate how there is no way to reach out and complain because as a company thats immature and ignorant.
Because who keeps you in business? The customers.
